What rad fems dont seem to get is that EVERYONE in porn is 100% consenting. Its not hurting anyone unless the person CONSENTS to getting hurt as some kind of kink. (think spanking or whips) I cant tell you how many times my anti porn friend has tried to use thaat argument against me and i shoot her down with proof. every. fucking. time.

You find it disgusting? fine. I personally find straight and male on male porn disgusting. When ever i see it I dont get aroused and i cant find how anyone could find it arousing. Do I go on crusades to stop straight and gay porn? no. Because OTHERS obviously enjoy it. 

Because YOU find it disgusting does not mean that it should be stricken from the earth. It doesnt mean that what YOU think about it is correct, because most arguments i see against it are false. Just because i find blood pudding and liver puke worthy doesnt mean i have a right to have a crusade against it.

Have what ever opinions you want about porn. just dont shove them down my god damned throat. because i DONT agree the porn is horrible. If your so fucking against porn that your going to attack a post that wasnt even complaining about losing porn, it was pooling to gether the pros and cons that people have been crying about on tumblr. if you bitch on that post because its “crying about losing porn” you are a fucking idiot. who cant tell the difference between posting a fact and whining about shit. 

Fact: The majority of tumblr cares about losing explicit IMAGES meaning DRAWINGS, GIFS, VIDEOS, and POSSIBLY even smut. 

Fact: Some are concerned about seeing sexual things on their dash.

Fact + Fact= Con: No explicit photos/images (which is a legitimate concern for some people) 

Meaning: We will lose porn (but the are a few tumblrs that are okay with this and see it as a pro) 

Meaning from that: MOST if not A LOT of tumblr users enjoy having access to porn on tumblr, because of that they see the loss of porn as a bad thing. HOWEVER some users are uncomfortable or against (meaning you) porn and for them the loss of porn can be seen as a relief because it wont pop up on their dash.

It was REALLY that simple. To attack the members of this blog for “whining about losing porn” When it basically says that its all opinion based and there ARE users that dont hold that opinion. Its just plain stupidity. On the equal to the idiots who are going up in arms and bitching to no end about losing porn. This blog is realizing that the con of losing porn isnt equal to all of the pros and is therefore NOT worth bitching about to such an extreme.

Yes There ARE people, myself included, who are talking with them about the possible (read: extremely unlikely for the time being) loss of porn. And dicussing the way people are acting about it. that is NOT whining about porn. That is having a discussion about porn. Plain and simple. That honestly YOU helped start. Oh the irony

My Special Education program room is having the most hilarious slow winding explosion.

I mean, ignoring the soap opera feel of it—really, am I the only one who notices Ms. Chotain is pregnant? She keeps holding her stomach protectively, it’s a very obvious baby bump, and when I asked shed confirmed. And yet nobody else notices—there’s all the power struggles and constant mishandlings and shit.

Currently, Ms. Chotain had to pop some pills and yell at us and then disappear and the rest of the teachers literally do not give a shit because the only one who does isn’t even here today.

I just wanted to respond to the person who wrote that “porn is harmful and disgusting.” Hi! I’m Dari, also known as Avery Madison on naked.com, a site owned by mainstream porn giant BangBros. We find safety and solace in each other on days when the job gets frustrating. I feel like it would probably be similar for those in various kink communities. Tumblr provides an outlet and community for those who might feel stigmatized in other various parts of the internet. This is what makes Tumblr great, and it would be a shame to see it change.
